Move - and your brain says 'Thank you!'

Neuroscience tells us that regular physical activity, such as running, fast walking or cycling, has a positive impact on our brain. Although, we shouldn't forget that our brain is our capability. The fitter our brain is the better we go through life. Furthermore, Neuroscientists have shown that regular exercise supports brain function, a positive mood and cognitive health. Result: Get your sports gear and be active!
