#6 WE CANNOT NOT COMMUNICATE!
Due to the multitude of stakeholders involved, the vulnerability of the main target group (e.g. children/youth) and the non-uniform sector culture, successful school- and sport sector cooperation requires effective communication at all levels during all stages of the program’s life-cycle.
Relevance – Why is this requirement important?

Without a clear structured communication in every stage of your program's life-cycle, a project won’t work.

Challenges – What are the typical challenges related to this requirement?

The main challenge is to communicate consistent to all stakeholders, especially when it’s a nationwide project. Another difficulty is the constant change of local people - who is in charge of communication?

Strategies – What are potential measures or strategies you might consider to (better) fulfil this requirement?

Make use of local program managers to stay in touch and get everybody updated fast. Before you start with the project, take time to get slowly - step by step - in contact with the target groups and communicate with everyone at their own needs.

Self-Test – How does your project fulfil this requirement?
Are the following statements true, partly true or false for your project – please fill out!
The communication strategy is fully implemented (commonly known) and based on the impact and needs of the stakeholders and target group.
